Frédéric Dalibard is currently CEO of Hexarq, a BPCE Group company that is registered as a Crypto Assets Service Provider under the MiCA regulation, and is also registered as an Agent of a Payment Services Provider.
He also serves as Global Head of Blockchain for Groupe BPCE.
Since 2015, Frédéric has held various positions related to innovation and blockchain, first at Natixis and, from 2022, at BPCE SA, the central institution of Groupe BPCE.
Frédéric has represented Natixis on the Board of Directors of the startup R3 since 2017 and served as Chairman of the Board from 2018 to 2020. He also sat on the Board of Directors of the startup Komgo between 2018 and 2022. In addition, he has held various advisory roles for startups.
Frédéric began his career in 1998 as a consultant at Arthur Andersen Management in Paris. He then became an internal auditor at Dexia Crédit Local before joining CDC IXIS (now Natixis) in 2002 as an internal auditor within the Internal Audit department. He subsequently held a variety of positions at Natixis Corporate and Investment Banking, first in New York from 2004 to 2009 and then in Paris, within the structured credit, financing and global markets businesses.
Frédéric is a graduate of the École Supérieure d’Électricité (Supélec, now CentraleSupélec) and holds an engineering degree in electrical engineering.
